About Us
Alex Stuart
Alex has been the head physio and director of The Grammar Physio at Canberra Grammar School for the last 6 years.
He is a former student of CGS and also currently works as a clinical practitioner and educator at the University of Canberra student-led musculoskeletal physiotherapy clinic.
Alex has been treating in the Canberra region for almost 7 years after he completed his studies at the University of Canberra, acquiring both a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Biology and a Masters in Physiotherapy.
Alex is passionate about musculoskeletal physiotherapy, with a particular interest in neck and back pain, sporting injuries, shoulder injuries, headache & jaw pain.
Alex is a former rugby player and has worked alongside various sporting teams in both rugby and AFL. This included head physio for Eastlake Football Club between, Canberra Grammar School Rugby program, along with local soccer and Aussie Rules football clubs in Geelong. Since working with these teams, Alex has gained much experience in sports physiotherapy with a particular focus on acut e muscle injuries, knee, shoulder and running injuries.
